Had a fabulous New Year experience at this charming and comfortable hotel. The beautifully furnished rooms were cozy and the pool was clean and of a good size. The air conditioning worked well and the hotel was well maintained. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from the beach and easily accessible from the bus stop on the main road. The hotel was situated in a quiet area but close to restaurants and clubs. The best part was the warm and welcoming family who ran the hotel.
The wifi quality, which could have been improved. While it didn't detract from the overall experience, it would have been nice to have a better connection.

We were treated like Royalty the entire stay, were constantly asked if there was anything that could be done for us. I worked several seasons in Malia when I was younger and I have seen most of the hotels on the island, this is amongst the nicest!
